Application Process

Midtown Montessori Academy accepts applications year-round.  A completed application, accompanied by a non-refundable application fee, is required for a student to be added to our wait-pool.  One application is required for each student seeking enrollment. Each application allows a child to be considered at all campuses.

Tuition rates follow either a 12-month (year-round) or a 10-month (academic) calendar, depending on the age of the student.

Children in the Infant/Toddler programs, in addition to ECE3 students, enroll in a 12-month, year-round, calendar.  Meanwhile, children in ECE4, Kindergarten, and 1st through 6th grade enroll in a 10-month calendar – with academic programming occurring from August to May.  June and July “Summer Camp” is an optional add-on for families needing a year-round program and are non-competitive for existing MMA students.   Wouldn’t it be nice to say goodbye to the stressful Summer Camp shuffle?

Regardless of calendar length (10- or 12-month), standard tuition rates do not include school closures during Fall Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, and our Summer Break Childcare Camps.  Camps are available at an additional daily/session rate.

The Annual Building and Materials Fee is collected each year at the time of enrolment (or re-enrollment).  This fee provides MMA with the needed funds to maintain and enhance our campuses, ensuring our ability to equally serve generations of students to come.  The money from this fund also provides each Lead Guide with an annual budget to maintain and expand their library of works/lessons in their classroom environment.  This provides a positive evolvement of each classroom environment that grows with the children in each class.  This fee is non-refundable, assessed annually, and due at the time of enrollment.  This fee is assessed only once per family.
